Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Role Overview

The Senior Manager – FP&A plays a key managerial role within the FP&A team, with primary responsibility for corporate reporting, forecasting, financial performance analysis, and ad-hoc financial analysis. The role delivers financial and operational insights to support management decision-making and partners closely with Accounting, Tax, Financial Compliance, Operations, Corporate Planning, HR, and other corporate functions to drive effective business and financial performance.

What You Will Do

The Senior Manager will lead corporate reporting, forecasting, financial performance analysis, and ad-hoc financial analysis. They will also support the Head of Team across broader FP&A responsibilities, including business planning, budgeting, financial governance, system implementation and enhancement, and process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 10-18 years of direct experience in Finance, Accounting
• 3-5 years supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of management accounting and segment/customer P&L analysis, including cost allocation methodologies
• Advanced financial analysis, forecasting, budget modeling, and business performance management skills
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or similar)
• Financial ERP Experience (SAP preferred)
