Genesis Sales Operations Expert

Role Overview

Support Genesis sales performance and deliver an exceptional customer journey through efficient vehicle ordering, allocation, stock management and delivery processes. Acting as a key interface between retailers, headquarters, logistics partners and internal stakeholders, you will help drive operational excellence, retailer performance and business growth.

What You Will Do

Prepare and maintain regular reports, monitor sales performance, support sales forecasting, develop ad hoc analyses, manage vehicle ordering process, coordinate vehicle allocation activities, support stock management strategies, coordinate vehicle logistics and delivery planning.

Why It Might Be a Fit

5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Dealer Support, Sales Administration or a related automotive function, automotive industry experience preferred, strong analytical mindset, customer focus and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Dealer Support, Sales Administration or a related automotive function
• Automotive industry experience is strongly preferred; premium automotive experience is a plus
• Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Strong analytical mindset, customer focus and stakeholder management skills
