Role Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team in the beautiful Utah County Area. This part-time position offers an exciting opportunity to support our local marketing efforts and contribute to our growing success.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include local strategy implementation, signage and visibility, flyer and print dispersal, grassroots marketing, event representation, lead generation, interdepartmental liaison, supply management, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a field marketing, promotional, or grassroots outreach role is preferred.
  • Must be a highly organized, self-starter capable of managing multiple routes and projects independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with the public and representing a professional brand.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for travel within the Inland Empire area.
  • Physically able to lift and place road signs, distribute materials on foot, and set up/tear down event booths.
  • Basic proficiency with digital communication and reporting tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets).
