Role Overview
The Data Analyst will work closely with clients to define their specific needs and build custom data analytic and reporting solutions. They will be an integral part of the team, ensuring data integrity is maintained and resolving discrepancies as they arise.
What You Will Do
The Data Analyst will understand, define, and expedite client requirements from across many different ICF teams. They will listen to client requests, apply their knowledge to frame what can and should be done, and present findings during team meetings.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in a business or data analyst role utilizing Excel expertise to ensure data integrity and report quality
- 2+ years of experience with data visualization technologies, such as Power BI, including developing data visualization reports and dashboards
- Ability to define, document, and lead implementation of business processes and software requirements for technology initiatives
- Experience using software tools like SharePoint, JIRA, or similar systems
