Role Overview
ICF seeks an experienced Salesforce Developer to support the phased implementation of an enterprise grants management platform built on Salesforce Agentforce Public Sector. The Developer will design, configure, develop, integrate, test, deploy, and support secure, scalable capabilities across the grants lifecycle.
What You Will Do
Design, configure, develop, test, and deploy grants management capabilities using Salesforce Agentforce Public Sector. Apply a configuration-first approach using Salesforce Flow, OmniStudio, and reusable platform features before developing custom Apex or Lightning Web Components.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on experience developing, configuring, testing, and deploying Salesforce solutions in an Agile delivery environment, and an active Salesforce certification.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience developing, configuring, testing, and deploying Salesforce solutions in an Agile delivery environment
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business, or a related field
- An active Salesforce certification
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States
