Marketing Automation Specialist

Role Overview

Join a growing marketing and communications team as a Marketing Automation Specialist. You will be responsible for utilising marketing automation tools to deliver campaigns that result in the creation and optimisation of lead nurturing, lead scoring and automated marketing programs. You will work with marketing campaign managers and the Digital Operations Manager to drive customer engagement and create brand awareness.

What You Will Do

Manage marketing automation development phases, drive and manage email marketing process, support execution of marketing campaigns, optimise lead nurturing and lead scoring programs, and oversee reporting programs on lead scoring.

Requirements

• Experience of managing marketing automation technology platforms such as Pardot and Salesforce
• Experience of business intelligence or analytics dashboard tools
• Strong analytical skills
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree such as Marketing
• Minimum of 3 years digital marketing experience
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, multi-cultural matrix structure environment
• Flexibility and the ability to manage a wide range of projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• IT literacy, including experience of CRM and marketing automation technologies, web publishing and HTML, Microsoft Office, Tableau or Power BI
