Role Overview
The Senior Finance Systems Lead serves as a key functional leader within Finance, responsible for the effectiveness, optimization, and evolution of critical Finance systems and related integrations.
What You Will Do
The role will serve as HCHB’s primary Finance subject-matter expert for Zuora, providing functional ownership and leadership across billing, revenue-related processes, month-end activities, system configuration, integrations, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This is a senior individual-contributor role with significant cross-functional leadership responsibilities but no direct people-management requirement.
Requirements
- Deep end-to-end understanding of Zuora and related platforms
- Ability to translate Finance and Accounting requirements into clear functional requirements
- Leadership and coordination skills for system implementations, enhancements, and integrations
- Knowledge of system activities supporting month-end close and ability to document, repeatable, appropriately controlled processes
- Ability to ensure system processes support appropriate financial controls, audit requirements, access governance, data integrity, and documentation standards
