Role Overview
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executives to manage the end-to-end journey of candidates enrolled in our skilling programs.
What You Will Do
Handle inbound and outbound inquiries; counsel prospective candidates on program structure, benefits, and career prospects. Conduct timely follow-ups with leads through calls, emails, and messaging to drive conversions. Serve as the single point of contact for enrolled students, addressing queries and providing guidance throughout the program lifecycle.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates (2025 pass-outs) with a passion for sales, customer engagement, and the skilling/education industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
