Role Overview
The role requires hands-on experience with Sprinklr and OneTrust, along with strong troubleshooting, stakeholder-management, and platform-governance skills.
What You Will Do
Support day-to-day administration and operational activities within Sprinklr, manage user access, roles, permissions, and platform configurations, support social media management, publishing, engagement, and social listening requirements, troubleshoot platform-related issues and coordinate with internal teams and vendor support when required.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Exposure to Kaltura or other enterprise video management platforms is an advantage.
