Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Finance Systems Support Analyst to join our global Finance Systems Support team. This role is responsible for supporting and enhancing finance-related business systems, with a primary focus on IFS Cloud Finance and associated applications.
What You Will Do
Provide functional support for finance applications, investigate and troubleshoot system incidents, manage support tickets, collaborate with technical teams, and monitor recurring issues.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related finance role
- Solid understanding of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking and Cash Management
- Experience with business process analysis and requirements gathering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a global and cross-functional environment
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., IFS applications, SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred
