Senior FP&A Analyst – GTM Finance

Role Overview

The Senior FP&A Analyst – GTM Finance will play a key role in the analysis, consolidation, and reporting of global go-to-market performance. The role will work across regions and functions to help build a clear and consistent view of commercial performance across bookings, ARR, revenue, pipeline, and go-to-market costs.

What You Will Do

The role will involve financial modelling, analysis, and insight, including building and maintaining robust financial models, supporting detailed variance analysis, and analysing ARR movements. The successful candidate will also investigate gaps, inconsistencies, and unexpected movements, and support the consolidation of GTM actuals, forecasts, and plans across regions.

Requirements

• Strong experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or a similarly analytical finance role
• Software or SaaS industry experience
• Excellent financial modelling skills and a track record of building models from the ground up
• Strong Excel and data skills, with experience working with BI, planning, or analytical tools
• A genuine interest in AI and automation
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and a natural desire to understand why something has happened
• Driven, resilient, curious, and determined to find the answer
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to turn detailed analysis into simple, commercially relevant conclusions
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across Finance and the wider business
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) or an equivalent finance or quantitative background is desirable
