Role Overview
The Finance Operations Change Lead will lead the operational delivery of projects and launch of new products within the Asset Control team, taking them from idea to implementation to business-as-usual activity.
What You Will Do
The key responsibilities include representing Asset Control in asset-related projects, assessing the impact of each change on reconciliations, settlements, corporate actions, tax, and client asset protection, and leading Asset Control’s UAT and go-live readiness.

Requirements
- Significant experience in custody, asset servicing, settlements, and reconciliations within a regulated broker, bank, or investment platform
- Experience of equity settlement, corporate actions, and multi-market share dealing
- Experience of working with project teams on product launches and business change
- A track record of owning complex issues through to closure, with the confidence to challenge existing practices and influence stakeholders at all levels
