Mid-level Financial Analyst

Role Overview

Ignite Digital is seeking a Mid-level Financial Analyst to oversee and optimize financial planning, execution, and reporting for high-impact NAVWAR and PEO C4I programs. This role requires a seasoned professional who can lead financial forecasting efforts, guide decision-making with data-driven insights, and collaborate effectively across functional and technical teams.

What You Will Do

Support preparation of complex monthly financial reports, monitor and analyze program spending, develop executive-level slide decks, and serve as a trusted advisor to program leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business Administration
• At least 5 years of experience in financial management, including 3+ years supporting NAVWAR or DoD programs
• Microsoft Excel capabilities; comfort with pivot tables, financial models, and scenario planning
• Demonstrated proficiency with financial systems and data integration tools (e.g., ERP systems, Business Intelligence platforms)
• Proven track record in strategic planning, risk analysis, and budget execution for complex federal programs
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to translate technical or operational risks into financial language
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams with a high level of autonomy
