Role Overview

Ignitis Renewables is a part of Ignitis Group, a renewables-focused integrated utility. The company focuses on developing green generation and green flexibility technologies. The Data Analyst will play a key role in quantifying asset performance and identifying trends to ensure responsible ownership.

What You Will Do

The Data Analyst will use Python and SQL to transform data into reliable dashboards and statistical analyses, and will contribute to the team’s roadmap and analytical priorities by providing insights that support operational decision-making and long-term performance optimization.

Requirements

  • A degree in a technical field such as data analytics, engineering, mathematics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience working in a data-driven environment
  • 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, delivering dashboards, reports, and analyses that support operational or business decision-making
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data cleaning, statistical analysis, and extracting insights from complex datasets
  • Practical experience with version control tools such as Git and GitLab to maintain organized, reproducible, and auditable code
  • Experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards connected to SQL databases to support operational and ad-hoc reporting
  • High proficiency in English to clearly communicate analytical findings, write reports, and collaborate with international stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently on recurring analytical tasks while applying statistical reasoning and creativity to solve new or complex problems
