Role Overview
Contribute to projects changing the meaning of energy consumption in the Baltics and beyond. As a Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for sales activities, presenting sales performance, reporting customer metrics, and providing updates on contract negotiations. You’ll also report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer issues, and assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.

Requirements
- University degree or equivalent
- +3 years of experience in the energy sector
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management, flexibility, and adaptability
- Proven ability to build lasting relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (primarily Excel)
