Role Overview

As a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist, Technology & AI, you will own and evolve the architecture, integrations, and technical capabilities that power our marketing engine, from core platforms like Marketo, Salesforce, and 6sense to emerging AI tools and automation.

You will work hands-on to solve complex problems, connect systems, experiment with new technologies, and help Marketing move faster and generate more pipeline. You will also help identify where AI can create the most value, rapidly test new ideas, and turn successful experiments into scalable capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Technology, Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, Revenue Operations, or a similar technical role
• Deep hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, especially Marketo and Salesforce
• Experience with platforms such as 6sense, Qualified, or similar marketing and revenue technologies
• Experience designing system architecture, integrations, automated workflows, and solutions across multiple platforms
• Hands-on knowledge of APIs, webhooks, data flows, and system integrations
• Practical experience with generative AI, AI agents, prompt engineering, or intelligent automation
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to turn ambiguous business needs into working solutions
• Working knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, HTML, or similar technologies is a plus
