Requirements

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in product management, growth, analytics, marketing, or a related field
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience
• A basic understanding of product funnels, user acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention
• Familiarity with major social platforms and curiosity about how content reaches audiences and drives user action
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and data to answer questions and support decisions
• The ability to break an unclear problem into practical steps and follow through
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to explain ideas, requirements, and findings clearly
• A willingness to ship, gather feedback, and improve
• Interest in generative AI, consumer technology, and how people use creative tools
