Senior Talent Partner – GTM

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our client, hiring across EMEA. It’s a broad role covering go-to-market and sales roles.

What You Will Do

Own end-to-end hiring across key commercial business areas, manage data, build trusted partnerships with hiring managers, source top talent, deliver a seamless candidate experience, drive continuous improvement, and help build out recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment with a proven track record across GTM/Sales hiring
• Fluent Spanish & English
• Confident working independently and managing stakeholders
• Hands-on sourcing experience across passive and active talent pools
• Driven, adaptable, and outcomes-focused
• Ability to build strong, trusted partnerships with our client
