Director of Growth

Role Overview

The Director of Growth will lead the growth of Impact Europe’s membership, fundraising, and partnerships, and will be responsible for developing and implementing a growth strategy that aligns with the organization’s mission and goals. The role will involve leading a team, managing budgets, and reporting to the CEO and Board.

What You Will Do

The Director of Growth will grow a network that is representative of the European impact market, secure and diversify income through fundraising, and develop new products and services to offer value to members and funders. The role will also involve leading the Growth team to deliver its goals and contributing to Impact Europe’s direction as a member of the leadership team.

Requirements

• Proven track record in fundraising, with a history of securing significant multi-year grants and partnerships
• Senior leadership experience, including leading and developing a team and managing a budget
• Experience growing a membership network, community or client base, with a focus on engagement and retention
• Experience working with boards, CEOs and senior funders, including briefing them for funder approaches
• Ability to build a compelling case for support and communicate impact clearly
• Experience working collaboratively in a matrix environment; fluent professional English
• An established network among European foundations, philanthropists or impact investors
