Micro Market Technician

Role Overview

The Micro Market Technician is responsible for maintaining, servicing, micro markets equipment to ensure optimal performance, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

Service and maintain micro market kiosks, components, coolers and freezers, troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues, install and set up new micro market locations and equipment.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We look for a high school diploma or equivalent, computer networking and/or electrical background, willingness to work in non-climate controlled shop environment, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Basic mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable using kiosks and software systems
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail and time management
• Experience in micro markets, or field service is a plus
• Basic IT or networking experience is a plus
• Refrigeration or electrical repair background is a plus
