Role Overview

The Marketing Operations Coordinator serves as the operational backbone of the marketing team, balancing project management, marketing operations, branded asset management, and content execution to ensure campaigns, communications, and marketing initiatives move seamlessly from concept to completion.

What You Will Do

Coordinate marketing initiatives, manage workflows, timelines, and project requests, maintain project schedules, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Assist with prioritizing and organizing marketing requests, manage branded assets, and create and schedule social media content.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Exceptional written communication, editing, and proofreading skills
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
