Senior Integration & AI Automation Engineer

Role Overview

As part of the IT & Digital Solutions team, you will develop integrations and Python applications that support colleagues across the company. Working closely with the Head of IT and business teams, you will turn ideas into reliable solutions.

What You Will Do

Develop and enhance IMS AI with new features and user-focused applications, including agentic workflows. Design and develop the internal action management application using React and Python.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI Engineering or a comparable qualification
• At least five years of experience in software development or system integration
• Strong hands-on expertise in React and practical experience developing Python applications in production environments
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, integration architecture, and authentication methods such as OAuth2 and JWT
• Practical experience delivering AI or automation solutions into production, ideally including LLM APIs, RAG or agents
• Proficiency with Linux, Git, Docker, and CI/CD
• Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n; knowledge of Java and Jira/Confluence administration is an advantage
