Role Overview

The Family Office Coordinator will work on the Family Office team and will assist in a variety of Family Office functions, including administrative, operational, and financial activities. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain broad exposure to wealth management operations, accounting, tax, estate planning, and investment management within a sophisticated family office environment.

What You Will Do

Provide administrative, operational, and project support across the Family Office and related business functions, assist with data entry, record maintenance, document management, and information validation, support financial and operational processes, and maintain organized filing systems.

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field, 2+ years of experience in Accounting, Investment Management, Family Office, or Financial Service role, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
