Data Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with 4–8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

What You Will Do

Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and business insights. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data visualizations.

Requirements

• 4–8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or a related field.
• Strong Python skills, particularly Pandas and NumPy.
• Strong SQL and data analysis experience.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and dashboard/report development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake – Must Have.
• Advanced Excel and data reporting skills.
• Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and analytical data structures.
• Experience with statistical analysis and interpretation of business metrics.
• Strong data validation, reconciliation, and quality-checking skills.
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery, or Synapse.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
