Role Overview

The Lead Financial Analyst will own and independently perform complex financial analysis related to cash flow, operating results, strategic initiatives, and business planning. This role serves as a trusted finance partner to business leaders by providing actionable insights, leading financial modeling efforts, and driving forecasting, planning, and performance management activities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, insurance finance, or related fields
• Demonstrated success independently managing complex financial projects and influencing business decisions
• Experience partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive business outcomes
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis capabilities
