Senior Sales Data Analyst

Role Overview

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the organization.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI (or similar tools), write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources, and perform ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related analytical field
• 5+ years of experience with SQL (SQL Server Management Studio preferred)
• 5+ years of experience with Power BI or Tableau
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and data wrangling techniques
• Excellent analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
• Passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions that support shared business goals.
