Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis

Role Overview

The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis will lead the planning engine for the company, building and running driver-based budgets, rolling forecasts, and monthly business reviews. The role requires experience in building financial models, translating financial and operational data, and leading the analysis behind change. The Manager will also be responsible for accelerating AI adoption in finance and being a trusted voice in the room.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include owning the plan, turning data into decisions, leading the analysis behind change, and accelerating AI adoption in finance. The Manager will also be responsible for presenting materials to the leadership team and private equity partners.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience
• 3+ years focused on FP&A
• Advanced Excel modeling skills
• Strong technical and data skills
• Hands-on experience using AI tools
• Experience leading analysts or owning a planning process end-to-end
• Excellent written and verbal communication
