Senior Financial Analyst – Operations & Logistics

Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting Operations, Inventory, and Logistics functions by developing financial models, translating complex data into actionable insights, and establishing processes and reporting capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in Accounting, Finance, or Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
• Demonstrated experience developing financial tools, reporting capabilities, or process improvements that deliver measurable value.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing business needs, and work effectively in an evolving environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience partnering with senior leadership.
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment around financial recommendations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Access is also beneficial.
• Experience with OneStream, Alteryx, Snowflake, MAPICS, D3635, or other financial reporting and query tools is a plus.
