Customer Experience Representative

Role Overview

This is an operations role with a 5AM start time, requiring 5AM-10AM availability. The Customer Experience Representative will support daily operations, assist customers, and create a warm and welcoming environment in the store. The role requires adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new things.

What You Will Do

Support daily operations, conduct inventory cycle counts, replenish stock, manage product returns, shelve products, and receive and process incoming store merchandise. Create a visually appealing store, engage and connect with customers, and curate product collections.

Requirements

• 5AM-10AM availability
• Experience in specialty retail or a retail environment
• Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new things
• Demonstrated commitment to creating an exceptional employee and customer experience
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, while using appropriate equipment and safety techniques
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and early mornings
• Bilingualism (French/English) is required for all positions in Québec; other languages are an asset
