Seasonal Customer Experience Representative

Role Overview

Indigo is seeking a bright, energetic, and customer-focused person to help bring their exciting mission to life in one of their stores across Canada. The role involves creating joyful moments for customers, treating each other like valued friends, and inspiring creativity and innovation every day.

What You Will Do

Create a warm and welcoming environment, add joy to customers’ lives, leverage products to tell stories, engage with customers, and ensure visual standards are followed.

Requirements

• Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new things and be exposed to all aspects of the store
• Demonstrated commitment to creating an exceptional employee and customer experience
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
• Ability to work Early morning shifts starting at 6am
• Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, while using appropriate equipment and safety techniques
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights and early mornings (if required for the role)
• Bilingualism (French/English) is required for all positions in Québec; other languages an asset
