Role Overview
Reporting to the Director of Estimating, the CPQ Manager connects Sales, Estimating, Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Software. The role owns business requirements, release priorities, acceptance criteria, and adoption, not software architecture or code delivery.
What You Will Do
Own and maintain the CPQ business roadmap, establish business cases, value hypotheses, acceptance criteria, and release priorities for front end quoting and back-end configuration, pricing, and order handoff capabilities.

Requirements
- Five or more years of experience in CPQ, product management, sales operations, business systems, estimating systems, or a comparable business technology leadership role.
- Experience working in a software development environment using structured requirements, backlog prioritization, testing, release management, and iterative delivery.
- Working knowledge of electrical power distribution equipment and the commercial process for technical quotations, configuration, and order handoff.
- Ability to translate between business users and technical teams, explain tradeoffs, and make priorities clear.
- Demonstrated success leading cross functional projects and influencing stakeholders without relying solely on direct authority.
- Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
