Role Overview

The Senior Growth Lead role plays a key role for driving the growth of our Environmental Monitoring business. The role is focused on developing and executing growth initiatives focused on the introduction of new products and geographic expansion into new markets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development or growth-related roles
• 3+ years of strategy ownership for a product or commercial market
• Proven track-record of driving commercial acceleration initiatives
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with product, customer, operational, and business performance data
• Experience in B2B environments with complex, safety-critical, or connected products and global stakeholders
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to influence without authority
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 25%)
• Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
