Senior Salesforce Developer Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with a minimum of 7 years of demonstrable experience in the ecosystem, with a special focus on complex integrations and a deep interest/experience in the new AI generative tools of Salesforce (Agentforce and Data 360).

What You Will Do

Design and develop complex integrations (API REST/SOAP), work with Agentforce, the Atlas Reasoning Engine, and familiarity with deterministic orchestration patterns (AgentScript), and have solid knowledge of the core platform, specifically in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of demonstrable experience working in development and technical architecture on the Salesforce platform
• Solid knowledge of the core platform, specifically in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Advanced experience or knowledge in Salesforce Data 360, including data ingestion, semantic chunking, and vectorial embedding generation for hybrid searches
• Mastery of Prompt Builder to design, version, and manage templates with dynamic variables
• Experience working with Agentforce, the Atlas Reasoning Engine, and familiarity with deterministic orchestration patterns (AgentScript)
• Proven experience in designing and developing complex integrations (API REST/SOAP)
• Official Salesforce certifications related to the role (e.g. AI Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I / II or Integration Architect)
• Good level of English
