AI Growth Engineer (Marketing & Automation)

Role Overview

Join the Market inFakt team as an AI Growth Engineer to build AI-based solutions and automation that accelerate customer acquisition and replace manual work. You will lead the idea through the entire process from hypothesis to quick prototype and implementation.

What You Will Do

Build AI-based solutions for Marketing and Sales, design AI agents and workflows, combine AI models with systems through API, webhooks, and automation tools, and plan and implement A/B tests.

Requirements

• at least 3 years of experience in building technological solutions with a measurable business goal
• practical experience with language models (LLM) and their API
• built AI agents or automation using AI
• can integrate systems through API and webhooks
• program in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python
• regularly use AI tools for programming
• know the basics of growth and digital marketing
