Role Overview

The Growth Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and improving the overall performance of Petsfolio across operations, sales, marketing, recruitment, customer experience, and app performance. This role requires strong ownership, execution ability, multitasking, leadership coordination, and a growth-oriented mindset to ensure business targets and operational goals are achieved.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include coordinating with development and QA teams, monitoring app-related issues, coordinating with marketing and sales teams, monitoring campaign effectiveness, and improving lead quality. Additionally, you will personally handle important customer concerns, understand customer feedback, and identify improvement areas.
