Role Overview
The Assistant Sales Manager for LOUPE Southeast Asia (formerly Labelexpo Southeast Asia) is responsible for achieving and exceeding sales revenue targets as outlined in the sales plan. This role involves effective management of customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and account management to both existing and prospective exhibitors.
What You Will Do
Achieve and exceed revenue targets for LOUPE 2027 and ASEAN Paper in alignment with the sales plan. Develop and execute business strategies to drive booth and sponsorship sales, including non-sqm revenue sources such as sponsorships. Maintain regular contact and build strong relationships with existing customers.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience with at least 4 years of proven sales/tele-sales experience.
- Confident, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Self-motivated, sales-driven, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Passionate about sales and dedicated to achieving personal sales targets.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English and Thai (spoken and written), with the ability to proofread sales materials, brochures, and promotional content.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel as required.
