Marketing Communications Manager

Role Overview

This role will play an important part in strengthening our marketing capabilities and driving the development of our future marketing activities. The position will involve directing and coordinating external agencies and partners, and collaborating with our overseas network. The role will lead and support marketing communications activities, tailored to each of the two key audiences: exhibitor prospects and visitor prospects.

What You Will Do

The role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing communications activities, working closely with project teams to establish the direction and priorities of marketing activities, and overseeing the quality and consistency of content, messaging, including localization, and brand expression.

Requirements

• Professional experience in marketing communications, branding, PR, or corporate communications
• Experience in B2B marketing or B2B communications
• Proven experience driving projects forward while working with multiple stakeholders
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to develop and adapt messaging and content for different target audiences
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Experience localizing global content for the Japanese market and adapting it to local business practices and cultural context
• Experience managing external advertising agencies, PR agencies, creative agencies, or other external partners
• Experience using English in a professional/business environment
