Role Overview

The Marketing Operations Coordinator will work closely with the demand operations team to optimize the execution and effectiveness of various lead campaigns. This role is a great opportunity to make a significant contribution to our content marketing campaigns, helping to drive success for team-wide initiatives.

What You Will Do

Work closely with our lead generation team on B2B content marketing campaigns, serve as project management support for various marketing campaigns & projects, perform operational needs, and identify recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage many simultaneous tasks and priorities with great efficiency
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be self-motivated
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with any of the following platforms: Qualtrics, Workfront, Salesforce (a plus)
