Data Analyst

Role Overview

The Data Analyst 1 will research, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions related to facilities management, real estate operations, maintenance programs, capital projects, asset performance, and operational efficiency.

What You Will Do

The Data Analyst 1 will collect, validate, and analyze data from maintenance, project, financial, space management, and operational systems, and develop and maintain dashboards, reports, KPIs, and performance metrics.

• Knowledge of facilities, maintenance, asset management, capital projects, and operational performance metrics.
• Experience with AutoCAD, CMMS, space management, or asset management systems preferred.
