As Digital Sales Analyst, you’ll help shape how customers discover our products, engage with our digital channels, and convert through seamless, intuitive experiences. Requirements
- Analyse digital sales funnel performance and deliver actionable insights to improve acquisition and conversion.
- Support A/B and multivariate testing across digital journeys — from setup to interpreting results.
- Maintain and enhance tracking frameworks, tagging, and campaign measurement across digital platforms.
- Identify optimisation opportunities across the customer apply flow and support execution of improvements.
- Build dashboards, reports, and performance summaries for stakeholders and senior leaders.
