Senior Data Analyst – Wholesale Banking & Advanced Analytics

Role Overview

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will work with large-scale datasets, modern analytics platforms, and international stakeholders to deliver insights that improve operational efficiency, support strategic decision-making, and enhance client experiences across ING’s global banking network.

What You Will Do

You will analyze large and complex datasets using SQL, Python, and PySpark, develop reporting solutions, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI, Cognos, or similar BI platforms, and communicate analytical findings through presentations, dashboards, reports, and stakeholder discussions.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, statistics, or a related field
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Python, particularly PySpark
• Experience with data visualization and BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, or Superset
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, reporting methodologies, and quantitative problem-solving techniques
• Experience working with large datasets and complex data environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to understand and support machine learning and AI-driven initiatives
• Advanced English proficiency
