Social Growth Creator/Manager (Part-Time)

Role Overview

Ingenio is a global media and technology company developing products that provide guidance on love, relationships, careers, and all aspects of life. We are looking for a Social Growth Creator/Manager to help make Keen an active, relevant voice in the conversations people are already having.

What You Will Do

Create short-form content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other relevant platforms, develop recurring formats and franchises, engage with comments and communities, and collaborate with Keen practitioners and employees.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We care more about relevance, creativity, and momentum than polish. You’ll need to be highly self-starting, with a bias toward making and testing rather than over-planning.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience creating content for TikTok, Reels, Shorts or other social-first platforms.
• A portfolio, personal social presence or examples showing content you have personally concepted, filmed and edited.
• Comfortable and compelling speaking on camera.
• Strong short-form video editing and storytelling skills.
• Deep familiarity with social trends, creators and internet culture.
• Strong instincts for what makes people stop, watch, comment and share.
