Marketing Automation Project Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Project Specialist to help us design and deliver advanced customer-journey and automation projects across multiple brands and markets. This role is ideal for a mid-level professional who enjoys turning ambiguous business needs into structured, scalable solutions.

What You Will Do

Lead complex capability projects end to end – from business case and concept design through requirements, pilot, validation and rollout – making sure every solution is designed to scale across brands and markets rather than to solve a single need.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in marketing automation, MarTech, CRM or customer-journey management, ideally in an international B2B environment.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Eloqua or another enterprise marketing automation platform – enough to design solutions, scope requirements and judge feasibility.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects from concept through to adoption.
• Strong business analysis skills: ability to translate business objectives into clear functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria that technical teams can build from.
• Solid understanding of customer-data management, segmentation and personalization concepts.
• Comfortable working with technical teams and vendors on integrations, data flows and APIs at a conceptual and requirements level.
• Awareness of data privacy and consent requirements (GDPR, ePrivacy) and how they shape solution design.
• Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking skills, with the confidence to challenge requests and reframe the underlying problem.
• Excellent communication in English (spoken and written).
• Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional, international, and matrixed environments.
