Requirements

  • First-line customer contact via phone and/or email
  • Signal, understand and take care of account managers and customers
  • Ensure that the order processing and order management are correct
  • Support the team of account managers in achieving common revenue targets
  • Cooperate with internal departments to help our customers in the best possible way
