Role Overview

The Senior Manager – Product Marketing for the Ads Representation Business will drive the commercial success, market positioning, and scalable growth of Microsoft Advertising’s portfolio across represented regions. This is a highly strategic, B2B-focused role centered on building robust Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, orchestrating sales enablement, and crafting sophisticated client solutioning frameworks.

The ideal candidate will deeply understand the search advertising ecosystem, lead with market insights, and partner closely with our sales teams to produce best-in-class sales enablement collateral that drives revenue.

Requirements

• 8+ years of work experience, with 3-5 years dedicated to product marketing, partner marketing, or agency representation in the AdTech/MarTech industry.
• In-depth understanding of digital advertising, with a strong expertise in the search advertising ecosystem (experience directly with Microsoft Ads is a massive plus)
• Strategic thinking and execution
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to produce high-quality content across diverse formats
• Ability to lead and collaborate heavily across cross-functional and matrixed teams
• Proven leadership in managing ad-hoc and long-term projects
