GTM Enablement Manager

Role Overview

The Manager, GTM Enablement owns the day-to-day execution of Innovaccer’s GTM readiness programs, from new-hire onboarding and certifications to live enablement sessions, learning platforms, and readiness reporting.

What You Will Do

The role involves designing and running onboarding programs, certifications, enablement sessions, and learning platform administration, as well as tracking attendance, completion, certification results, and proficiency.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in sales enablement, GTM enablement, learning operations, or training program management, with hands-on experience administering an LMS or sales readiness platform.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years in sales enablement, GTM enablement, learning operations, or training program management
• Hands-on experience administering an LMS or sales readiness platform
• Experience designing and running certifications, role-plays, or skills assessments with sales leaders
• Strong facilitation and project management skills
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and a comfort with data
• Clear written communication
• Familiarity with healthcare, health IT, or enterprise SaaS selling is a plus
