We are seeking an experienced communications leader to join the organisation as General Manager, Strategic Communications, reporting to the Chief Customer Officer. The role is responsible for shaping and protecting Insignia Financial’s enterprise reputation and ensuring employees are informed, aligned and confident as the organisation continues to transform.
Requirements
- 15+ years’ experience in media relations, corporate communications and/or internal communications leadership roles within complex organisations.
- Experience operating within regulated environments where trust, accuracy and employee confidence are critical to customer and reputational outcomes.
- Demonstrated executive experience shaping enterprise employee experience narratives during periods of significant organisational transformation.
- Proven ability to integrate employee experience, internal communications and external reputation strategies.
- Strong credibility advising CEOs, Executive Leadership Teams and Boards.
- Deep expertise in reputation management, crisis response and executive communications.
- Strong enterprise leadership capability, with the ability to influence across functions and drive enterprise-wide outcomes.
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A strong track record of building, leading and developing high-performing and engaged teams.
