Data Operations Associate

Role Overview

The Data Operations Associate will play an important part in ensuring accurate, reliable data and configurations for customers transitioning to Autura’s TOPS and ARIES platforms.

What You Will Do

Execute and troubleshoot SQL processes, support customer data migrations, maintain system configurations, and investigate data discrepancies.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of SQL
• Proficiency with spreadsheets
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a commitment to validating work before implementing changes
• Clear written communication, problem-solving abilities, and the confidence to ask questions and seek clarification when needed
• Experience with production relational databases, particularly MySQL or Microsoft SQL Server
• Exposure to data migration, ETL processes, data mapping, or working with CSV and JSON files
• Familiarity with database management tools, internal operations platforms, or basic automation
