AI Enablement Manager

Role Overview

The AI Enablement Manager will be responsible for enabling the use of AI tools across the organization, providing support and guidance to teams, and ensuring the effective use of AI tools to drive business outcomes.

What You Will Do

The AI Enablement Manager will be responsible for managing licenses, contracts, and costs for AI tools, identifying areas for cost reduction, and implementing solutions to achieve the same results with less budget.

Requirements

• Work permit for Germany required
• Fluent German language skills (C1)
• Several years of experience in a modern environment
• Technical understanding of APIs, rights, roles, token, and cost logic of LLMs, MCP, Claude Code, etc.
• Ability to explain complex things simply
• Entrepreneurial thinking and ability to distinguish between KI play and meaningful application
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
