Role Overview

InstaLILY is an AI products and infrastructure company that puts execution at the frontier of enterprise AI. The Growth & Business Analyst will be a trusted advisor and point of contact for enterprise clients, owning the day-to-day relationship through deployment, surface expansion opportunities, and bring back to product what we should be building.

What You Will Do

The role involves owning the day-to-day client relationship, driving recurring check-ins and working sessions, authoring client-facing materials, and facilitating use case refinement workshops with the customer.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or 1–2 years in consulting, client-facing strategy, growth, operations, research, or a comparable high-ownership role
• Academic background in a technical or research-intensive field (CS, engineering, neuroscience, economics, or similar)
• Natural curiosity to understand how things work
